The objective of this project is to use business process management methodology namely process discovery, analysis and redesign with its notation to propose a better or redesigned order fulfillment process that achieves operational efficiency in terms of cost, time and quality. The current process is to a certain extent inefficient, costly and ineffective thus restructuring the process is the best solution to these challenges stated.
